Forest right innovation in China made Chinese people owning the property right of mountain land. Currently, mountain forest transfer first appeared in Shanghai Property Rights Transfer Agency. A 9000 Mu of forest land named Jiaxing Forestry Centre in Anhui Huangshan city was opened to public biding and transferred at a price of RMB9.8 million in Shanghai Property Rights Transfer Agency.

Jiaxing Forestry Centre is one of the largest forest industry companies in Anhui Huangshan city. The key asset of the company is 9,000 Mu of forest land including 4698 Mu of Fir forest land and 4302 Mu of hardwood forest and bamboo land. The total capital of this forest center amounted RMB14.5 million. The property right of Jiaxing Forestry Centre was owned by Chen Zheng-hao, Zhang Li-bin and Chen Jian-min, who hold the share in the company of 47.5%, 47.5% and 5% respectively.
